Whomever was sat on reception today was the most arrogant, unhelpful individuals I have ever met. Just because she did not understand my request (the need for a solicitor to certify a passport application) she was sarcastic and truly unprofessional. Popped straight in to Graeme John Solicitor who made an appointment for me straight away.

Unprofessional receptionist, who asked me who "the dead person" was when I collected my late mother's will. I stood outside ringing a bell for a while before the door was unlocked, which wasn't very welcoming. Won't be dealing with these again.

I used ggp law for a house purchase. Karen and Tom in the merthyr office were fantastic. They always kept me in the loop, it was a smooth and seamless process.
