The team at Garth Coates did a great job helping me through obtaining a visitor visa to the UK. I was working with a tight timeline and they were always very quick to respond to all my questions. The time difference between the American Midwest and London was initially a concern for me. But Samantha made herself available at times convenient to me and probably not that convenient for her. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Very unprofessional and stressful experience.

Paid around £3000 last year for Graduate Visa advice and was told there was a “loophole” and the application still failed. Communication was terrible, I had to constantly chase emails just to get basic responses.

Over a year later, they suddenly contacted me claiming I owed £2,438.62 and even threatened debt collection. I had already paid in full and had to dig up my own bank proof to correct THEIR mistake.

Once I proved it, they now try to charge me £920 for an “administrative review” that I never agreed to and was never carried out.

Poor record-keeping, misleading advice, and extremely unprofessional service. Completely regret spending my money here.
