If I could give 0 stars I would I've been having email communication with someone called Catherine. I explained my situation sent in the documents on the 17th of June and every time I emailed for an update she kept on saying "I'll give you an update" "I'm chasing this for you" "I'll contact you soon" So today 8th July I emailed again wanting to pick up my documents... Still no update, no apologies just said she'll leave the documents in the Oldham office. Absolutely terrible towards customers who need help and support. Go somewhere else....

I have to say while going through really dark times with mental health services around my mum, I found Garratts solicitors to be a light, very understanding, professional but what stood out most is they seem to really care , always going above and beyond, would highly recommend this company

Garratts are a brilliant solicitor. We’ve dealt with Lisa Scott for years in buying, selling and remortgaging houses. She has been the best conveyancer we have ever dealt with. Rapid speeds and lighting fast results.
Would 100% recommend as the job that needs doing gets done every time without fail.

Just bought an house through Garretts solicitors, I can not praise Lisa Scott enough. The communication has been amazing throughout the whole process. The company on a whole are fantastic, we have had negative experiences with different solicitors but this company has made me realise they aren't all the same!
The whole process even through restrictions has been smooth and safe.
Thank you again for such an amazing experience with the whole process.
