Excellent service, my case took a number of years to go through, but no fault of the solicitors but they were always open and honest from the start about expectations and what could happen. I was very hesitant at first because I had no expectation or knowledge of what I was doing, my case was a no fee and at the time of making first contact I had no idea what it meant or if I would be suitable and if I had any chance of winning. When I had my consultation I left with understanding of the process and what things meant. Communication was excellent and felt supported and at the centre of my case. Working with them didn't feel like I was just a job to them I really felt the care. My claim was successful and I am very happy and would definitely recommend.
