I have just used Gardner Leader regarding the sale of my parents' house. Adrianna Koscielniak dealt with everything efficiently, professionally and with sensitivity. This was a very emotional experience for me and I found the purchaser incredibly demanding and challenging. However Adrianna was always on my side and helped me get through it.

Adrianna Koscielniak from Gardener Leader was excellent in handling our elderly client's conveyancing with sensitivity, understanding and efficiency. It is difficult for elderly people, particularly those who have been recently bereaved, to move home after many years and the support given to our client was perfect. Cannot say enough good things about Michelle Challis and her team, Michelle went well out of her way when dealing with my house buyers conveyors who were absolutely incompetent and that's putting it politely. Always keeping me up to date with progress and answering any questions that i had with no hesitation. Would highly recommend using these solicitors.
