Diabolical. You would be better off asking your hairdresser for legal advice. They put a lot more effort into defending their own shambolic performance than they put into providing quality legal advice. Slow, unresponsive, say they can help when they can't but are happy to charge for rubbish service......just usless.

Remortgage and conveyance for a local property (with no chain) took over 5 months! (We were told it would take 8 weeks.) We live abroad and were assured they could do the conveyance for us remotely. However this was not the case. They started off by sending post to a local address. When we did start emailing, some replies took 2 weeks. At one point they were waiting over 3 weeks for my wife to come in and sign a document. When we explained again that we live abroad, they said that wasn’t their fault. We arranged with our bank for the document to be signed/witnessed by video call, but it took another 10 days for the call to happen.
Granted there were challenges with lockdown and the stamp duty holiday, however we feel they had taken on too much work and couldn’t offer the service that was expected.

Gamlins Ruthin office and specifically Sion Williams provided me with some terrible advice on a legal matter that is now having to be sorted out by a reputable Solicitor some years later.
The service was very very poor and below the minimum standard expected of a legal professional.
