Divorce and financial order completed.
Great service from Yvonne. Very knowledgeable and always had my interest at heart. Was there for support through the many downs and ups!
Gemma did a great job sorting the actual divorce.
I really hope I never need their services again... But if I do, I would definitely seek their help

I had had a pretty poor experience with a previous solicitors' service when I contacted Fullers Family Law for advice regarding my divorce and financial consent order which had been dragging on. I had the free telephone consultation, which was very straightforward to arrange, and it gave me clear, straight talking advice on my options and best way forward. This gave me confidence quite quickly that Fullers were the right solicitors for me. Unlike the previous solicitors I had used, Fullers were supportive, communicative (which is so important) and progressed my matter from the start. I was kept up-to-date at every stage which made the process a lot less stressful. Now that the financial situation has been concluded I feel I can begin to move on with my life. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fullers to anyone needing advice and assistance with family matters, I just wish I had contacted Fullers from the start as it could have saved a lot of time and cost.

I contacted Fullers to attempt to set up mediation between myself and my wife to try a resolve the financial aspects of our divorce. Fullers contacted my wife to invite her for mediation with a view to facilitating this service. Unfortunately, this was not forthcoming so Fullers set up a Mediation Information Assessment meeting to enable me to obtain a Certificate which would allow me to apply to Court instead to resolve the financial matters. The meeting was scheduled in good time and my Certificate was sent through promptly to enable me to set the ball in motion.

I contacted Fullers Family Law as I needed a specialist divorce solicitor. I needed the proceedings to get underway as soon as possible as my husband was due to leave the country. The solicitor who represented me was brilliant! She made a potentially complicated case very straightforward by dealing with the divorce in an amicable and non confrontational manner and thus dissipating any problems. Everything happened in good time due to her pro-activeness and the divorce has concluded. I am relieved it is over and can now move on with my life.
