I’ve just noticed they are employing Mcaulay Pearson again whom I had the unfortunate experience of him taking so long to do anything on my property case then left the company and I lost thousands of pounds totally disgraceful.

Clare was simply amazing.
I've just completed on a Sale and Purchase with Clare at Freers. She was amazing, the service was fast, professional and delivered with old school client care.
Clare was there whenever I had a question and to guide me through the minefield that was selling at auction and buying a listed building. She kept me up to date, she fought my corner, she always called me back (be it out of hours) and she was prompt with emails. My transaction was not straight forward but i knew i was in safe hands as she explained everything to me and took the time to offer reassurance and to answer many a stupid question, with humour too! What made the process better, she never said no, she had an option for every roadblock, she actually helped overcome issues to keep the chain moving.

Agreed a fixed fee cost for a family law service with Adam Hodge in September 2024 and paid half upfront. 6 months later I asked for an update only to be informed that Adam was off sick and a new solicitor Zoe Tansley had taken over my case but refused to do it for the same price. Absolute joke of a company. Zero customer service.
We also used them previously when trying to buy a house and were bounced around several different solicitors then too. I should have known better than to use them again.

The only solicitors I will ever use! The best experience start to finish. Clare and Katie always kept in contact to keep me up to date with everything that’s going on.
They made both my house moves the easiest and stress free processes and I couldn’t be more thankful for them!
