Really slow service. FJ were on the other side of a sale providing service for the buyer. They didn't appear to keep the buyer up to date, nor were they forthcoming with any responses to questions. They didn't even ensure all proof of funds were available! A total of 5 months to process a single chain free purchase!

My Solicitor, Sarah Hall, and her Secretary, Eleanor Cullen, have both been very effective in keeping me updated on progress with my case.
