I would like to thank Dean Grossman for providing a world class service. Dean helped us purchase a flat by providing constant help and communication during a very complicated and difficult transaction. It’s fair to say without his efforts we would never have had our home.

Helpful approachable local solicitors who were happy to officially witness a signature.

It is important that you phone beforehand to confirm the availability of staff and make an appointment.

Don't just rock up to the offices!

Don't forget to take 2 pieces of photo ID in case your looks have changed eg passport and driver's licence. Service extremely courteous, and fee extremely modest.

Great firm - really helpful & attentive . I’ve used them on more than one occasion for help with lease renewals and freehold transfers .
