Having recently enlisted the services of Melanie Egginton at Fraser Dawbarns, for conveyancing, I would most definitely recommend them. The process was less problematic than I anticipated and communication, although through email only, was reliably prompt. The cost of the conveyancing was as estimated and also very reasonable. Fantastic service and attention from Carla Tirrell and her team at Fraser Dawbarns Kings Lynn office, for both our house sale in Dorset and our purchase in Norfolk. Carla was very professional, prompt and diligent throughout the whole process. Consequently she took away the usual stresses of house moving, making the whole journey straight forward. Therefore we would highly recommend.

Have been using the for a child arrangement order. Had first hearing total hen be told Dan sims cannot act on my behalf due to lack of experience. To add to that they wouldn't transfer my case to another firm till full payment has been made, yet £100 standing order was OK if I was still with them. Absolutely disgusted I do not recommend

Not just tick-box solicitors! They have served my mother-in-law and her brother personally, proactively and thoughtfully, given that they are/were in their '80s, over a number of years. In so doing, they have provided my wife and I great assurance too.
Particular credit in the areas of wills & probate, lasting powers of attorney and conveyancing.
They went out of their way, for instance, to hand-deliver documents that would otherwise have delayed completion.
Thoroughly recommended.
