Purchased a property recently and our vendor was represented by Franklins. Constant promises of call backs, poorly worded and misspelt emails and dropped the ball on several occasions leaving things right to last minute on what should have been a simple process. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you're buying/selling a property and thinking of using their conveyancing services.

Really good consultation, clear on roles and what was required as first time buyers. Put us at ease and explained everything in normal terms. Process took a while but may be due to chain, could have benefitted from a little more communication towards the end of the agreement but on the whole a good experience. Would use again.

AVOID! Uncommunicative and very slow conveyancing process. Terrible experience all round.

Can’t recommend highly enough , I switched all my business matters over around a year ago and find all of franklins staff to be knowledgeable, but most importantly I’m not chasing for answers like I used to be . They call you back and update and to be honest it’s refreshing , I’m not going anywhere else soon and can only recommend .

Teribly slow, numerous basic mistakes with basic administration. Their follow up work is flimsy. Slow communication.
