Phenomenal service from Francis and Buck. We unfortunately had a very convoluted conveyancing process, and I'm confident we wouldn't be in without Catrin's hard work. She was incredibly persistent, clear and responsive, and picked up any potential issues that could impact us. It was a huge relief in what is a frustrating process to know your solicitor will always message you when they have updates and we always felt she was fully transparent with us. The whole team was involved at some point or another and all were absolutely fantastic. We would use them for any further house moves and have recommended them to everyone.
