5 stars is not enough! I would like to thank my fantastic legal team at Foys! Jayne Kirtley (Family Law), Tracy Wilkinson (Conveyance). Megan Hill (Wills & Probate), and everyone who supports them, who have helped and guided me through the most difficult time in my life. No ask was too much for them, they were always on the other side of the phone to help and reassure me when I needed them. I would highly recommend these solicitors and team, for their dedication and determination to get the best outcome to anyone.

Called in to make an appointment for advice.Receptionist very helpful, solicitor I needed to see was at lunch.Left name and number for a call, not received 3 days later,

They lie, share your information with 3rd parties have no respect and leave you a broken person.
Stick with smaller solicitors for the personal touch.

They were named as executors in my late mum’s will. They charged £300 plus vat (negotiated down from 400 plus vat) to fill in one really very simple form to say they weren’t acting as executors. They filled in the form wrong (they didn’t put the correct address) and I had to ask them to redo it. This whole process took two full months. The form only requires the name and address of the deceased and the solicitor and a verified signature. I don’t feel that this is a great way to treat someone who is newly bereaved and feel like they took advantage to make money as I could not apply for probate without the form. The same process with them for my mums partner in 2021 also took several months. They also don’t make contact easy . There is no email address on their website.

Would recommend this firm to anyone they have been brilliant to me sorted custody for my daughter in 6 months definitely will use them again thank you foy and Co
