Met with 2 solicitors in October 2023 and have still not heard back from them, despite ringing them numerous times. Awful lack of communication.

We have reported Stephen Foden, Fodens Solicitors to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for making inappropriate, disproportionate & unwarranted legal threats involving breaches of Council T&Cs, data confidentiality GDPR & copyright. Like some in our police force this rude & arrogant solicitor seems to think that rules do not apply to him. We have recorded our complaint with the SRA and the Council. The young lady who was on the receiving end of Fodens off-the-wall aggressiveness on Friday felt intimidated, bullied, shocked, and emotionally distressed by it, but is now very angry after finding out that Fodens had absolutely no justification whatsoever for making it. Furthermore, this wayward solicitor ignored my call on the following Monday giving us no option in the end but to escalate the matter with a serious complaint to his regulatory authority. In our opinion this lawyers unprofessional behaviour has brought his firm and the legal profession into disrepute. No wonder the public don’t trust lawyers!
We sympathise with Michelle’s previous review of the same 1 star solicitor. Pity we couldn’t both give 0 zero stars.

After many attempts of trying to contact Stephen to get my monies reinbrursed which he calculated incorrect. 4 months later he still has not responded to my emails or phone calls and still not had monies back. Very poor service.
