Keri was outstanding throughout. She combined professionalism with genuine care, gave consistently sound, thoughtful and realistic advice, and remained calm, steady and responsive even as the case became increasingly pressured and difficult. I was always aware that she was working extremely hard across a demanding caseload, yet whenever it mattered she was fully present, prepared and available. She repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty, and I never doubted her judgment, commitment or dedication. I always felt supported and well-advised at every stage.

Keri also introduced and coordinated closely with two excellent barristers, Andrew Leong and Oliver Wraight, both of whom represented me with great skill, clarity and professionalism. While the outcome was shaped by wider factors beyond any solicitor’s control, I do not attribute that to the quality of the legal advice or representation I received. Much of my frustration lay with the conduct and dishonesty of the local authority, which became fully evident in the later stages of the case, particularly through admissions made during cross-examination and subsequently reflected in the judgment. With hindsight, I now understand far more about how cases are framed and argued, but at the time I could not have been better guided.

The case has now concluded with a stable outcome, and I remain genuinely thankful for the professionalism, integrity and support Keri and Family Law Group provided throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing difficult family proceedings and needing clear, principled and experienced legal representation.
