I contacted Fitz Solicitors at short notice regarding concerns with my new landlord shortly after moving into a rental property. Krishan supported me throughout and was excellent.
He came across as confident, knowledgeable and approachable from the outset, and was not at all phased by the fact that my landlord is a solicitor himself. He was appropriately assertive when dealing with both the estate agent and the landlord’s legal representatives, which gave me a lot of confidence.
What stood out most was how clearly and concisely he guided me through my options in what had become a tenancy dispute. He took the time to understand my perspective, while also providing balanced, practical advice that helped me see the situation more objectively.

Conveyancing Services - were reasonable they explained everything to me and the pricing was good.
I had an easy no chain sale, with 2 advisories so the whole process took 2 months from start to completion, so pretty easy service was completed.
They were really nice and contact was sufficient, I would prefer to be updated more, but it was overall a good service.

We have used Fitz for many transactions and introduced other friends and family when legal assistance has been required.At the start of 2025 we had a major problem in our family life. A breakup of our son’s marriage . I approached Primal for help. He introduced me to Sunethra to deal with our problem. I was not to sure that she would be able to handle the complex matter. How wrong we were. Sunethra not only handled the matter very professionally but also gave us strength to face the crisis. Very mature performance by the young Sunethra.
