I saw Ian on the 15/12/25 and he claimed to have someone represent me in court on the 18/12/25. He sent some affiliate solicitor that wasn't even qualified to deal with the case, left me high and dry in court where I had to self represent and ended up being mentally badgered into a corner to accept terms and put me in the courtroom infront of the judge completely unprepared.

Phoned Fishers as a soon as I left court to ask why this has happened and I was told I would receive a call to clarify. Its now the 06/01/26 and I am yet to have any correspondence. Absolutely piss poor.
