Such a rude receptionist!? totally avoid they are unprofessional, never respond and too many delays. bad attitude

Another Halifax solicitor where I made an enquiry for their services, but no acknowledgement, call back or email back from them at all after 3 weeks. I can only review based on the level of service I've received.

Used them to deal with a complex property problem. It took longer than expected. There was long periods when nothing was happening and it was only when I got in touch with them that anything did happen. There was no-one else involved until the end so it was not like we were waiting for someone to respond. Eventually we did get there and the price charged was very fair. It just felt like I had to keep pushing them to do something. The people I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the impression that they take on more work than they have capacity for.

Do not recommend their services at all. In a sell of an appartment process, over three months waiting for them to answer the buyer's solicitors requests and DO NOT answer them. Maybe they are very busy, to me the word is UNPROFESSIONAL, no company should mistreat their customers in such a manner. See how long more it will take to get them do something. I am afraid longer after reading this review. But that is the truth

I contacted several law firms with a complex issue regarding a voluntary registration and potential probate matter. The staff at Finn Gledhill advised and allowed me to ultimately resolve the issue. I was advised via e Mail and calls which they ultimately never charged for. The advice was both professional and responsive. Very grateful as they potentially saved me thousands of pounds.
