We had an offer accepted in March but the process was painfully slow not completing until early August. This was a no chain cash purchase. In my opinion they should stick to commercial property.

Incredibly slow and unresponsive. Caused significant delays in related transactions and caused extra costs to be incurred. Would absolutely not recommend.

I have used them for advice and conveyancing on purchases and sales of commercial property. They are specialists in property and don't get involved in divorce or ambulance chasing. etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
