Avoid...abnormal to say the least. Wasted my time explaining the case, to only state indirectly that they think we could afford the rate more or less. Absolute joke!!

Awful! Farrer & Co claim they posted personal legal documents by second class stamp post. They were not delivered and they refused to repost.

My sensitive legal documents and personnel data are lost.They couldn’t even pay for signed for or similar tracked service. The partner I dealt with was particularly difficult and unprofessional. He even suggesting I had lied. Who in their right mind would trust them with important legal matters?

There are many competent law firms in London, This isn’t one of them!

We tried to receive a waiver letters for our clients.
Very hard contact, very long waiting time for a response.
We contacted Sadia Taheri​ by e-mail. Finally we received information about how to get a waiver letter - but bank details were in the folder with password. Phone contact was needed to get passwords- noone answered a call (we tried every day).
We are not able to wait for a callback for some reason. So we asked Sadia by e-mail - what to do in such situation, suggesting options for a contact.
We didn't get an answer. Even "No, it impossible.". Nothing.
