Sale of property didn't get past the starting gate and fell through. Jacob's still charged me an enormous sum of money for a few emails. I have talked to several estate agents who have also confirmed this is not normal practice. I am now with a solicitor who hasn't asked for up front funds and will only charge when sale goes through.

Had a terribly experience with Fabric Jacob. Having agreed to pay sellers legal fees for a lease assignment and business purchase (seller using Mr Fahri as their solicitor) I decided to pull out of the deal a few weeks into negotiations. Mr Fahri then went on to charge me near enough the full amount of agreed costs, and when asked to clarify his alleged bill, he replied in an aggressive and threatening manner to my questions. Use with caution.
