We would 100% recommend using Ella Wright at Everys for house conveyancing. She looked after the sale and purchase of our property and was very efficient and accurate with her dealings for what turned into a slightly difficult sale. She pushed other solicitors in the chain and was ready to go when others weren’t. She also found us a much cheaper indemnity than the one our buyers solicitor asked us to purchase (we appreciated that!) and looked after us very well. Thank you Ella.

We used Everys to purchase our first home and had a brilliant experience thanks to the services of Ella. She was on point at all times, explained things to us clearly and answered all questions and concerns. Only slight negative is that we required a DoT and the quote we received was excessive so we had to get this done elsewhere. This is no reflection on the conveyance solicitors as this was provided by a different team. Highly recommend their services if you want a hassle free move

This is our first experience using Every's and it has been a pleasure especially working with John Dobie. I would 100% recommend Everys. I just used them to sell and buy my house, a big recommendation to John Dobie, who is a fantastic solicitor, He was efficient in everything he did and got us the best outcome in every situation and was generally just a very kind, lovely man who did his best for us in every way he could. 10/10 recommend and will be using again if I ever need to in the future.
