I have been assisting my grandmother with her equity release mortgage as we’ve recently lost my grandad. The service here has been very poor. They have been difficult to get hold of, barely any communication or update. The chain is now about to collapse and I’ve been informed that the file is on the desk and they will get to it. You are ranked 35 globally and this isn’t acceptable.
