Shockingly bad experience buying our first home through them. Complete lack of communication and it’s got to the point where the sellers estate agents have been calling us because they recieve no reply from our solicitors. After sending many questions over the past few months we got a document with the most brief, unclear answers in a list with no reference to which question they were answering. I have huge regrets choosing these solicitors, as a first time buyer I am very nervous if there is an issue with our property that has not been discussed or mentioned. We still have not completed on our house so I’m writing this hoping they turn things around and actually give us a call/ reply to our emails.
