We opted for Endeavour Law to support us in our first home purchase and are very pleased we did. Hayley Robbins has been excellent throughout and made the process feel extremely easy with clear communication and support throughout. Extremely professional and highly recommended.

Hugely frustrating practice to deal with. Telephone always goes to hold music, then cuts off after 5 mins to an answerphone, which they then ignore call back messages.
When I did finally manage to speak to someone, actions weren’t followed up. So 2 weeks on and I’m still trying to obtain a will which is in their ‘safe’ keeping.

We're hoping my boyfriend's dad can be at our wedding, he's 90 and hasn't been well, was told it would take around 6mnth , there's been a few hicups and it's been almost 6mnths, but they've promised to deal with things as urgent. So hoping we can get sorted as my partners dad hasn't been very well and we have to have him at our wedding. Hoping for a rush on this, but spoke with considerate, pleasant, understanding people, who assured me they will do everthing they can to make up for the time that's past. Hoping for the best.

If I could give zero I would have. Quoted between 3/5k. Quickee amicable divorce has 20 months later, still not been completed and I’m at 5k down. Minimal contact and updates when asked for (always sent on a Friday afternoon). I asked them NOT to contact me or the other party over the Xmas period as that would’ve made this less amicable, however l I received countless emails (all at further expense to me) even though I explicitly asked them not to. I was charge several hundred pounds for Will information which I could’ve got on the internet. I did not ask or require this, just billed for it. They ask for funds in advance and you’re powerless to where it goes. They fritter it on nonsense emails and pointless updates. My advice, stay well clear and do it yourself. It isn’t difficult, you just have to take your time and fill in the paperwork properly. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever known. Standing by for another scripted reply to justify their worthlessness
