For transparency, I did not employ Ellis Jones Solicitors, however they acted on behalf of the sellor for a recent home purchase of mine. Tim Sharpley caused significant delay in the purchase of a chain free property, despite motivated buyers and sellers. The solicitor acting on my behalf requested answers to enquires and highlighted what was required for the sale of the home, it took over two months, and a lot of chasing, to get those responses. Without a motivated solicitor on my end, and a sales progressor, I think the sale would have been lost. I would not wish to employ this solicitor going forward

We were very pleased with the prompt responses to all our email queries and the excellent communication throughout the process. We had previously been concerned that probate might be a long and drawn-out process, but both the IHT tax reference and probate documents came through much quicker than we expected.
