Ellicotts advertise as solicitors for the elderly, this is certainly not the case. They handled the will and probate for my father, they were totally inept and very expensive to do a simple probate. Staff changes in the middle did not help. When they did the will for my father they agreed to be executors and hold funds for his grandson until he was of age, they declined to do this and gave him the funds 4 years earlier than he was supposed to receive them, and apparently they had the legal right to do this.
Avoid at all costs.
