Very happy with the service provided by Elite. Very friendly to deal with, very responsive and personable. Exactly what I needed. My only criticism was on the day of exchange, I was advised I needed to print, sign and return a document ASAP to allow exchange to happen that day. It was challenging as I was away and this should have been advised sooner. Aside from this I would recommend them and thank them for their services. They were a pleasure to deal with.
