Absolute joke of a firm. I called in regarding a high-value litigation matter and the receptionist couldn't even direct a phone call properly. I was passed through to a completely wrong department, and the woman I spoke to there still couldn't get me through to the right person. You claim to be aggressive, top-tier litigation lawyers who act fast and help people, but your front-line staff have zero competence or urgency. They are completely soft and clearly not up to the task of handling serious business. Don't waste your time calling them.

It was a pleasure working with the team to renew our UK dependant visas. They are very professional and easy to work with.
