Do not use this company. They are beyond rude. My wife rang up and they were rude on the phone and hung up on her. I then called them back to the same appalling attitude to also get hung up on. This is after I had dealt with them on a regular basis in the past when working at a local estate agents. All we needed was a solicitor to witness some signatures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not deserve the business.

Martin Cauter is like the Scarlett Pimpernel. My mother instructed him before COVID to change title deeds for land. Never answers his phone or emails. Calls just ring out. Emails left unanswered. At this point we just want the deeds back but still nothing absolutely disgusting.
