This company handled the buyers side of the sale of my flat. No chain on either side and the sale took 10 months for no reason other than their constant inaction. Now, five months on, they have still not informed the leaseholder or the maintenance company of completion so I am still receiving payment reminders. Avoid at all costs and check they are not doing the other side of your conveyancing either!

Earl and Crocker solicitors are professional, reliable and transparent. My partner and I worked with Anthony when buying our first home, Anthony was happy to explain each step, offered exceptional legal expertise and prompt responses to our questions.

I unfortunately had to deal with Anthony Earl as the solicitor for my buyer during the sale of my property, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite it being a relatively short chain, the entire process was unnecessarily painful. My solicitor and estate agent made multiple attempts to contact Anthony, both by phone and email, but these were repeatedly ignored. This lack of communication caused significant delays, including missing our exchange date because Anthony ignored calls from my solicitor.

When I applied pressure on my buyer to get a response, Anthony denied ignoring calls, which was far from the truth. We were ultimately forced to exchange and complete on the same day, taking a huge risk by moving into a rental without confirmation of completion.

This has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life, and I can't imagine how families with children would cope with such a situation. Anthony Earl's lack of professionalism, consideration for the consequences of his actions, and complete disregard for communication made this entire process unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly advise avoiding his services at all costs.

I have used Michele May from Earl and Crocker twice now and each time she has been very efficient and so helpful. Her experience helps to get things unstuck and moving forward! Great team!

Wills and Probate: Horrendous experience! In our opinion, this department is a complete shambles and needs a good shake up! There is no proper procedure in place for dealing with a client's specific requirements. From the outset advice was muddled and inconsistent and showed a complete lack of professionalism.
This resulted in months of our having to constantly ask for information and clarification, which became more and more upsetting and stressful as time went on. After 1 year and 3 months our original instructions were finally carried out. From our experience, would certainly not recommend!
