Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, explained everything in full detail and we were kept update through the whole process. Also any queries were dealt with a rapid response which helped immensely.

In summary I was let down by Karen when I was at the most vulnerable point of my life. Yes she offered an opportunity to resolve our disagreement on a call but at that point I just needed a competent Lawyer, whose drafting errors I don’t need to fix, to help me urgently resolve my situation, so I declined and moved on.

The unprofessionalism shown to me was extremely disappointing. I work successfully with Lawyers every day. The next Lawyer I engaged provided the quality of understanding and support required and thankfully for my family resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
