I wish zero stars were an option. My experience was unacceptable. The behaviour was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This business asked me to pay cash which I was uncomfortable with. - You now claim we became combative which is entirely untrue, I offered you to leave the documents with your secretary whilst I went and got cash. You refused and you took and have not returned our already paid for documents. You also emailed me to inform me you plan sue me for defamation over my opinion on a google review.Lastly, you have now also breached your own code of conduct by disclosing out personal information on this review.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. In my experience, the communication beforehand was unclear, as I was not informed on the phone that payment needed to be made in cash. During the visit, I found the interaction unprofessional and dismissive. At one point, we were told to ‘go waste someone else’s time’, which I found inappropriate. At the time of writing, our documents are still being retained. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm.”

As a solicitor, I believe integrity is paramount. You have stated that my account is inaccurate. Could you kindly specify which of the following points you consider to be inaccurate:
1. Did you ask us to “go waste someone else’s time”?
2. Did you state during our phone conversation that payment should be brought in cash?
3. Did you retain our documents, including one that had already been paid for?
