Have used Dootsons multiple times for property sales / purchases, as have our family.

Amanda is absolutely excellent - responds to emails extremely quickly (usually within minutes or hours, rather than days), with prompt and concise updates on progress.

Couldn’t recommend more.

Only improvement I could suggest is that they send everything via post, like reports on title etc. and i think this could be updated to via email or some sort of online portal. Would make things quicker and more environmentally friendly, especially when there are strikes delaying post etc.

Absolutely dreadful. Drag their feet and constantly change deadlines putting things back by weeks as if it were as inconsequential as turning up 5 minutes late to a dinner party with little regard for the health or wellbeing of the parties involved. Avoid at all costs unless you're happy to be treated as a statistic on the bottom line.
