If i could give this more stars i would. Absolutely outstanding service! I cant thank Chris enough. From feeling at rock bottom when Chris rang me for the 1st time to back being happy, confident and extremely grateful for all the help, advice and support. The phone calls never felt rushed i was always listened to, Chris told me to ring anytime if I felt down or anxious (which i did on a few occasions) and Chris never left the phone call without asking if i was ok now? did i want to chat longer? Always made me like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and told me we are with you all the way.
I will never ever forget what Chris and the service has done for me.

Put themselves out help with an urgent request for support. Delivered on their promise. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

This company I would not recommend as I have been using them for over a year and a half on my case and they have not listened or taken my instruction to the court room as instructed I have been fighting so hard jumping through all hoops needed and yet I have to chase them constantly, my information wasn’t emailed to me in good time and communication is rubbish between them and their own but also with clients perhaps retraining or customer service training is needed. If you question them and they don’t like it they just hang up the phone on you expecting you to keep chasing when surly isn’t that thief job after all if you want great representation do not use these ever.

called in to ask some legal advice and although it was about a specialist subject and outside of their field of operations they still took time to go through lists of solicitors to find me someone who could assist me. They were extremely helpful and professional.
