Despite the comprehensive nature of the interview process, the absence of feedback from the company post-interview has left the candidate in a state of uncertainty.
This lack of communication not only affected me but also the perception of the company; but also raises concerns about the organisations commitment to fostering open and transparent communication.
Additionally, the final presentation is with the head of the department (Andrew Barnett) adds a layer of significance to my overall efforts. The fact that there was no feedback or follow-up after this crucial stage not only leaves me in the dark about their performance but also reflects on the company’s approach to acknowledging the time and dedication candidates invest in the interview process (five interviews in total).
Effective feedback mechanisms are essential for not only guiding candidates in their professional growth but also for maintaining a positive employer brand and attracting top talent. The company’s failure to provide feedback post-interview may deter potential candidates and impact its reputation in the competitive job market. Good luck.
