Very rude and unhelpful. The receptionist needs training on how to speak to customers. If this lack of cooperation continues I'll be reporting them to the SRA

Phoned up for some advice . Someone eventually phoned me back after me having to ring back again . The person who rang me back was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Will not be contacting this solicitors again.
