The solicitor dealing with the buyer literally made this whole experience for the buyer and me a living nightmare! Inability to reach Mr ZAHID NIZAM the Conveyancing solicitor or his manager Mr JASON BRADSHAW made the process unbearable. Unreturned calls, unanswered emails, failing to address crucial details and the pure arrogance of having your move in their hands has made me realise how important it is to find a decent caring law firm that is happy to communicate with you. Avoid this Law Firm. This is not a rant this is the stress and frustration we were put through for 7 months! Shame on you CUNNINGTONS CROYDON

Many thanks to Zahid for efficiently dealing with both my sale and onward purchase. Prompt replies and good communication meant we managed to get things done without delay. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again in future, thanks again.

I recently used Nicholas at cunningtons croydon for my house move, and couldn't be happier with the service. He was professional, efficient & kept me informed every step of the way.
The process was smooth from start to finish & any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly.I would highly recommend cunningtons to anyone looking for reliable & friendly conveyancing solicitors. Thank you helping make our move stress-free!

Used Cunningtons when we bought our home and all seemed fine. Now years later we are trying to sell our house and it comes to light that Cunningtons did not ensure that a hold placed on the house from the previous owners was removed with the land registry. This is now causing us significant issues as we try to sell.
My current solicitors reached out to Cunningtons for help in this matter but the reply from Cunningtons was that they are not willing to help because it was too long ago. To me this feels more like, we don't want to help because it's just not worth the effort.
Based on this reaction as a previous customer that needs some real assistance, i would not recommend Cunningtons at all.
Even though we bought our house more than 6 years ago, i will be contacting the Ombudsman to investigate this matter further.

Nicholas Brothers at Cunningtons has handled my last three property purchases. Two commercial and one private (residential) over the span of the last three years. After my experiences I would absolutely not consider using any other solicitor. Nick is everything you would look for and expect in a solicitor, calm, diligent, very experienced, detail orientated and always willing to give advice/ feedback. I have had many positive comments from estate agents and other people I know to the effect that "You have a very good solicitor". I cannot recommend Nicholas highly enough and feel that if you are buying or selling a property you couldn't do better than having Nicholas on your side.
