The sale of my leasehold flat had been dogged by various unusual and difficult problems by the time I came across Cunningtons and it was Jason Bradshaw who, with consummate professionalism and commitment to service, solved them all, bringing the sale to a successful conclusion that left both seller and buyer happy. Email enquiries were invariably answered the following day and I cannot recommend Jason too highly. His office assistant was also extremely efficient, welcoming and kind throughout. A great team all round!

Jason Bradshaw is a truly exceptional solicitor. Due to a set of unusual circumstances, I needed to complete the purchase of my flat in about 5 weeks as opposed to the normal 3 to 4 months. Jason worked competently and diligently to make this happen. He is extremely professional, experienced, and organized, all of which contributed to his ability to accomplish this Herculean feat.
