I and my mother have used this company in the past. My mother wanted to transfer her property into my name as she’s getting older, so we contacted this company again. They wanted to mail my mother some paperwork regarding the transfer, so I explained that she has a cognitive impairment relating to her memory. I hold a power of attorney for my mother, so asked if they could send it to me. They then said, because I hold a power of attorney for my mother, they would not act to transfer the property into my name. No power of attorney allows me to transfer property, or to make financial decisions unless my mother is deemed unfit by a doctor. I can not sign any legal documents on my mother behalf, or transfer funds etc. ANY solicitor should know that, my mother has all of her marbles, and is an intelligent woman, she just has a bad memory. I explained this but they still refused to act. Needless to say in the future, I’ll be using a solicitor that actually knows the law, and I will never use this company again.

My advice would be to use a professional company that know the law, with a less than 4 star average google review, obviously these people don’t.

If you want peace of mind and a solicitor who works professionally and does it all without you care about anything, it must be Tony Newey.
He did one commercial lease before and he worked absolutely brilliantly, taking care of everything from start to finish.
Today I called as I have couple of questions and they have been answered free of charge. I recommend him very much.

Some time ago we handed Coupe Bradley some important documents for them to look at.
We heard nothing for some time and then they denied they had the documents
Please stay away from this shambolic silicisoli.

I should've checked this page before. Exactly same thing happened. Please see the review below regarding settlement agreement! I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone ever.

My case was a settlement agreement. Initial discussion were very good. However, as the result meant that I would be out of a job..money was a key factor. Employer contribution was £500...I was not advised when this limit was exceeded and ended up paying over £500 out of my settlement. The odd email, phone call...Luckily I was relatively well prepared..it could have been more.
