Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unresolved Complaints.
We were not informed that the original conveyancer left, then the locum left and again not informed, the service completely fell apart. There was no communication whatsoever. Had to constantly chase for updates, and even then, the information provided was minimal or non-existent.
Second locum arrived and thrown into it all with a lot of irate clients, who eventually got us to completion.
Both verbal and written complaints, not acknowledged or resolved. The lack of professionalism and customer care has been extremely frustrating.
The MD never responded and he was supposed to be overseeing everything happening in his firm.
I would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable or responsive solicitors.

*Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unresolved Complaints**
After my original conveyancer left, the service completely fell apart. There has been *no communication whatsoever* — I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, and even then, the information provided has been minimal or non-existent.
This was supposed to be a straightforward, no-chain transaction expected to complete within 6 weeks. I am now at **week 13**, with no clear end in sight.
I have made both **verbal and written complaints**, but none have been acknowledged or resolved. The lack of professionalism and customer care has been extremely frustrating.
I would **definitely not recommend** this firm to anyone looking for reliable or responsive solicitors.

Excellent service. Joyce assisted us to buy our home and I could not fault her. I appreciate not all purchases are straight forward, but the level of communication and professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend.

I have just used Coupe Bradbury to both sell my house and buy a new home in the local area.
We were assigned Angela as our conveyancer; she was excellent - she was always available for questions, gave great advice, always communicated every detail (no matter how small) and, in truth, made the whole process really easy for us.
I can’t thank you enough Angela!
I would 100% recommend.
The price was also very reasonable when compared with other firms!
