I have used Kate Proven recently for conveyancing. I have to say, I have learned through this particularly complex and difficult home purchase the importance of having a good solicitor and for good communication with that solicitor. It was very challenging at times, particularly when less capable solicitors within the chain were holding things up, but knowing that I was in such good hands combined with prompt communication and replies to my queries ensured that I knew that my needs were being taken care of in the process. I have to say that in addition to excellent quality of service it was also nice to deal with someone so personable and who I felt cared. The only piece of advice that I can give anyone is not to put cost above quality when purchasing something so important as a home, it could cost you far more in the long run.
