My case involved recovering my dog, Lily, from my ex-partner, in the context of an abusive relationship, which made it more complex. Dog ownership disputes are not straightforward in the UK, as the law in this area is quite limited. Jack brought clarity to how the existing law applied to my case. we did a UK Adoption which was not going as normal, nor planned , leading me to great concerns about the safety and whereabouts of the dog .Trevor gave me excellent advice ,the best of it being not to use adoption contracts but to use guardianship contracts instead which gives more weight in law, anyway both Trevor and Jack has been very friendly to work with whilst remaining professional.
Jack has been fantastic in corresponding with the adopter and negotiating ,having a final agreement and new guardianship contract replacing the old Adoption contract.
We now have regular contact, via videos with the dog for life
