Extremely rude people during my enquiry. Please avoid this business at all cost. Just waiting for the generic response of "you are not our client".......I'm glad I'm not!

Please avoid at all costs there is no professionalism in this company, no organisation and no clarity. Everything seems very illegitimate in the way things are handled. Total waste of time.

Exactly the same as other reviews, they are rude, slow to respond and very unprofessional. They respond to all bad reviews with the same generic response, which speaks volumes and shows they don’t really care at all. I appreciate they can’t give out details over the phone ‘if you are not their client’ but common decency and politeness would go a long way. They have only 1 star reviews, which says a lot.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Spoke to female receptionist who refused to listen to me and trying to get me off the phone. Refused to give her name?? or put me through to solicitor I needed to speak to and said "just write in"?? This firm needs to invest in decent reception staff.

Appallingly bad company to deal with, they don't have any clues about how to communicate. I don't know why they bother having a telephone connection since they do not take enquiries over the phone and you have to put everything in writing. I have written to ask them three times now to tell me who the original creditor is of a debt for a CCJ that they are handling. But I have had no replies to any of my messages.
