I am currently at risk of losing my sale after 5 months because of Ben Jordan at Collings.
There is no chain. Since September he has take up to 7 weeks to respond to the buyer and only after I have threatened to complain.

There are queries I raised in November that I have had not had a response too.

On Saturday I sent a complaint and I explained that I am autistic, have severe anxiety and am on beta blockers so I cannot take the stress and confrontation and I do not trust Ben. I asked for my file to be reviewed by someone senior to get the transaction on track and said I do not want to deal with Ben anymore.

Collings have been silent and I have only got platitudes from Ben and still haven’t had answers to my outstanding queries. Last week he said I need to pay an amount to my freeholder’s agent for information but I cannot get him to confirm how much and what it is for. I had 6 months to complete my sale to a first time buyer and it looks like I am losing it and no one at Collings has even acknowledged my complaint.
