If you would like to instruct and pay for a property conveyancing team that does not return telephone calls, you are happy to wait 8 weeks for an email reply which is five words long and does not give you any answers or updates, confirms incorrect information, this is the solicitor for you.
If you would like efficiency, contact and correct updates stay away.

I used this firm for my purchase and sale. Jayne was fantastic and supported us all the way through the process. I would be happy to recommend her and this firm for any conveyancing needs.

A firm stuck in the old times. They have 7 solicitors, their website state the closing time as 17:15. The solicitor who was dealing with our case, decides to leave at 15:00. The others were unable to assist. Documents sent to wrong addresses, incomplete documentation. This was the seller's solicitors. Would not recommend.

One star is too many for this firm. Rude staff, errors in very letter and document sent out and the price was obscene. I had previously recommended this firm to friends and they had a similarly bad experience. The bill was so high, wasn't broken down or itemised, and the slowest, poorest service I've received in a long time. Wendy Tyson has no compassion or empathy and was rude on every conversation.

Not good. Only posted 1 star, cause I couldn't post 0 star! Took my Aunt to make her will. The draft will came back with every detail wrong! The main beneficiary was her daughter, & he didn't even get her name right! In the meantime she passed away, now intestate! I rang this practice twice after the 1st visit, to see why the will hadn't come through, & the solicitor in question actually admitted that he'd forgotten about us!! Don't go there if you want something sorted straight away!!!!
