Lacking professionalism, accuracy and efficiency from the get go.
I called to see how much time capacity this solicitors had as I am on a tight timescale and was told by Sue "so is everyone else, what are your details". I was then given a quote via email and Sue called up to say she had sent the wrong quote which was £1000 off.
I would not recommend and found a new solicitor.

WOW! Natasha is literally the best solicitor. Super kind, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. She also took the time to explain things to us as it was the first time we sold a house and we needed a bit of extra help. I'm sure we wouldn't have got our sale done in as speedy of a manner if it wasn't for Natasha. Recommend to everyone! (and we literally have!)
