Not very good at moment had a solicitor at Taunton office who gave me a price little did I no she worked part time this dragged on and on now new solicitor has taken on board and have basically doubled the price to 5k I'm now arguing this cost the other solicitors and my solicitors have dragged it parttime solicitor I was never told this from start poor but now they want 5k lmao

We have used Rod Lloyd-Jones from Clarke Willmott for conveyancing in the sale of 2 houses after him being recommended to us. I was very impressed, Rod was very professional in every aspect of the proceedings and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend to others.

They are unresponsive, disorganised (see attached) - I simply want to get the financial accounts straight and sell my co-owned property with my ex-husband. Very simple. They are facilitating his financial abuse and intentionally sloppy in information. They make timeline demands of me (a free person not their client whatsoever) while placing none on their own client. Hypocrisy. Boring at best, unethical and distressing other times. YEARS dealing with them now. PS - one of their solicitors (Daniel) didn't even know that adultery isn't possible between a husband and another man (same sex isn't adultery in the UK). So I even HELPED my ex out of embarrassment of his own solicitor. Wild. As someone they are 'against', don't use them. Buy cheap buy twice. Would like to get this all sorted so I don't need to waste braincells on their emails... much appreciated, thanks in advance...

They were doing my Dads will (Probate)
So I wouldn't recommend them!
They added something to the probate, which they didn't tell us about. And then up blaming myself and Sister!
And because they added something on, probate took very close to a year to a complete.
They also lost my Dads original will and death certificate and they said we never sent it to them, even though they need originals to complete!
We complained to the complaints department, yet we got the blame for it still and we also still had to pay the extra charge. In the end after a year we just wanted it done and paid. Definitely not recommended!
