Had an appointment booked with Mr Helal Miah for 3 30 which he confirmed. Turned up at 3 30 and knocked on the door/rang the bell. No answer. Then emailed him to tell him we are standing outside only to be told to go away and come back in an hour as he is in a meeting that has over-run. Very unprofessional. We had used him previously and he was helpful back then so given 2 stars. But as a professional working full time, I did not appreciate my time being disrespected like that and the general lack of courtesy to let me know even 30 mins before that there will be a 1 hour delay. Not even offered a place to sit.

I am truly happy with the service I have received. Mr. Mahdi and Lisa have done a great job. I am so thankful to them and I appreciate their way of working and attention to details. I will definitely and undoubtedly recommend Citygate Solicitors.

This is a very trustworthy honest firm who only look after the clients best interests......Avoid going to East Londons “Jack the lad master of none” firms and look into Citygate Solicitors.
